Has anyone being a renter had an expierance with black mold ? We had a flood in our basement on the 14th and today the insurance broker came in and was very worried about the ammount of black mold in our down stairs bedroom (told me the ammount thats there has been there a very long period and didnt just happen), and our son had got bronchitis just recently and is still producing a fleamy like sound-- yes he has seen a doctor. But we did find out that it could have been related to the mold here! We just became aware of the mold and we have already given our notice to move by jan 1st I was just curious if anyone has dealt with something similar and some advice to the situation !
