Has anyone ever hurt themselves, aside from burns, with CI? Its my own fault for 2 reasons, being out of shape, and not thinking about what I was doing. I was seasoning a #14 deep camp dutch oven and I kind of strained my back, taking it in and out of the oven. After the first day, I wised up a bit and pulled the rack out first, and that helped. I also strained my wrist a little bit today, turning it over. Fortunately, the third seasoning is all done and its lovely, but Id just like to know that Im not the only one.
