It seems that have been deducted with the whole price instead of the sale price when you purchased vehicles in the Market during the Fall Sale Event. I know how essential your FV cash is, Gail, and it is really convenient to purchase items on a discounted price. Weve actually received similar reports regarding this. And because of that, our Game team became aware of this matter and immediately investigated on it. After checking on your records, I noticed on the time stamp that the purchases for the last 11 Animal Pen and Orchard Harvesters were made after the allotted time. I am sorry, the vehicle price went back to normal by the time you bought those. I wont be able to restore the cash difference. However, I can remove the vehicles from your game then give back your 478 cash. If that will be fine with you, please tell me in which farms were you able to place the 11 Animal Pen and Orchard Harvesters. I will be waiting for your response, Gail.
