Has anyone had people stop and ask for info off your penelec bill to see if you qualify for some sort of energy discount? I believe their shirts said IGS energy or something like that. I couldnt really hear the two guys over my barking dogs and crying children, I didnt give them any info but Im wondering if it was legit? I told them my husband takes care of the finances which is a lie, but it makes me nervous when these people come door to door wanting info. Then they asked for a drink before they left. It was just weird, cant trust or believe anyone these days!
