Has anyone here been the victim of workplace bullying? I am going through this nightmare for the second time in 5 years. First, it was one individual who constantly bullied me. During this time I disclosed my AS to my employer and they put up 7 cubicle walls for me, which separated me from the others and provided some protection as well as helping my sensory issues. But then, recently, just as things were improving, I was assigned to a different department, where I am being vicimized my 2 very clique-y co-workers who have run to the boss on several occasions with complaints about me and are rude and exclude me from pretty much everything possible. Why wouldn they just come to me if they thought there was a problem? Now they have gotten upper management and HR involved...and since they complained first, it is being made to look like they are the victims and I am the bad guy! Sometimes I feel as though they are trying to force me out... I absolutely love my job (the work itself), I have been there almost 13 years, earn a respectable salary, but the people are making it a living hell for me. I doubt if I would be hired anywhere else due to my age (Im 55). Does anyone have any advice? Thanks in advance!
