Has anyone out there come up with a theft proof device for protecting your water meter and connections? Please do not suggest caging it as I am sure the bastards will steal that too! 2nd time in 6 weeks they have stolen it and the municipality says moving it inside is problematic for reading the meter although I can motivate it in writing......Best part is that they have no stock of meters due to such high levels of theft!
