Has there ever been a shelter dog so special that she has her own personal Adoptathon? - yep nobody else was there but ME!!....and by golly, thats the way Iike it! I guess people must think Im THAT special!! Heck, I was just sittin around, kinda tired of the same ole same ole here at the shelter.......and all of a sudden, my day changed!!! Quickly, an Adopt Me bandana was placed on me, I was helped up in the vehicle (yep, Im a little chunky), took a nice ride to Front Street (thanks, Deb Ryder) where I visited some really nice businesses who welcomed me...........Twisted Sister said I could have a Rosie-thon there any time, and Two Peas in a Pod gave me a bowl of water and let me rest on their carpet while spoiling me rotten. Over the Moon Pizza and The Cooks Shop let us place a poster in their shops. We didnt have a chance to visit American Flags & Poles but they are very dog friendly too! Time was short so we didnt have the opportunity to visit some of the other fine Marietta businesses who I know would love me also. While I still havent found my special someone, it was a beautiful day, and I so much enjoyed getting out among em. Id love to meet all of you - so just stop by the Humane Society of the Ohio Valley, take me out to the play area, and see what you think about me! Ive been at the shelter for over a year....I have so much playing and loving left in me....just give me a chance, please?? ~~Love, Rosie
