Hats off to drama queen Lucy French at St James - Lady Lucy French, development director at the St James Theatre in Victoria, has a way with hats. Last year, when a £100,000 Carrara marble staircase was installed at St James, she asked her architect Mark Humphrey to design a millinery construction as a scale model.
