Have You Read This Book This is a living word This is a growing word It’s a filling word It’s a word that builds upon itself It’s a word of fulfillment and a book of promise It edifies, it sanctifies and glorifies It breaths life, it gives life, and it promises life It’s a compass and a path. It’s a light and a lamp. This is a book of instruction. It’s a book of questions and a book of answers It’s a book of true prophecy, A book of history, and the only authoritative book of philosophy This book speaks of death and destruction, but this book tells you how you can live It’s the oldest book in the world and it’s a work in progress It’s a book that the message never changes and a message that was as true thousands of years ago and a message that is as true today This book you can put on a shelf and never open it but you can’t escape it It’s the One Book, the only book, and the greatest book you should know It’s a book that was dipped in the blood of The sacrificial Lamb, and this books word will ring out forever This book speaks of grace, provides the path to freedom, and tells us how to live in liberty It tells of the greatest defeat that the world will ever see and tells us how we can be victorious The Pharisees tried to control it The Nazis tried to burn it The atheist tried to deny it and the government tried to ban it But only God can monopolize it Its his gift to man His word for humanity and His legacy for eternity. If you haven’t figured it out yet it’s the BIBLE and its word is The Word of The Living God the same yesterday today and forever.
