My wife and I started fooling around on Zillow, looking at houses and different possible locations to live, several months ago. Ultimately this fun thing to do together became more serious, so we contacted the real estate agent who had the listing of the house we thought we wanted. All she kept telling us is that we should come down to see the house, so the owner would know were serious. I tried for weeks to get her to make us feel like she was on our side and had our best interest at heart, but to no avail. We were only expecting what she promised us. She ended up telling us that since she got the listing, she hasbecome really good friends with the owner/seller. HELLO! ! We quickly dumped her, and one morning at around 4:00AM I saw Carl Vasiles profile. As I was reading it I said to myself, if only half of this is true, this is the guy to call. So I did. Within 48 hours of first talking to him, we had an offer in on the house we wanted. What a difference a good Buyers Agent can make. He did in 2 days what we couldnt get the listing agent to do in over a month. It turned out that someone beat us to the house, and we lost it. Carl used his incredible ability to listen and read between the lines to find us exactly the kind of homes we were looking for. Not a day went by that we didnt communicate. I never got to hear his voice mail because EVERY time I called him, he answered the phone. Without asking him, he went to different houses and made a walkthrough video of them. We found a house that we loved, put an offer in on it, and it was accepted. We now live in this house and wousee are loving it. Carl guided us through every step of the purchase, and remained in constant contact with us. We made one trip to Florida because we wanted to be there for the inspection process, which Carl set up entirely. All the closing documents were handled by mail, and he was there representing us at the closing. I had my car shipped to the house because I didnt want to drive it all that distance, but I got sick and couldnt be there to receive it. Guess who made contact with the carrier, met him somewhere, accepted my car and parked it in the garage. We cant say enough good things about Carl. He and his wife Terry are single handedly responsible for the wonderful house we are living in today. He is a pure professional, who is understanding, perceptive, and very caring about the needs of his clients. If youre buying a house in Florida, hes not just a good choice, hes a necessity. He has been there from the very beginning to the very end. We cannot recommend him strongly enough. #RealEstate #LoveFL
