Have a show running tomorrow for GSD`s and kids doing their handling competition at the begnining of the day. Judge from Switzerland, all things arranged and running fairly smoothly, until we went to collect the kids rosettes from Award Board Rosettes Burton. The had not done them ! Why? Because I spoke to them, know them personally, and order from them regularly without ever owing them money, and for £25 they suggested that Helen (who they also know) paid cash when she collected them yesterday. NO ROSETTES - THEY DIDN`T DO THEM - because although they sent the invoice to the wrong place, and I had chased them about it,and Sharon had suggested we pay cash as it was only two days before, THEY DECIDED THAT SO MANY OTHERS LET THEM DOWN ON ORDERS THEY BETTER NOT DO THEM !!! Shame on you Award Board Rosettes - no further orders from Dog-father Training School or Midland Regional GSD - good job our secretary is mega organised,, and the kids have medals and goody bags, but not good enough to be treated like this for a mere £25 when we pay regular orders. In this day and age, small businesses need to treat people well to retain their status, or perhaps that is it, they are not small, and don`t care. Grrrrrrrrr
