Have any of you ever dealt with a client/boss who gives you specific instructions for something, and then when you do it they claim theyd asked for something totally different? Ive been dealing with a lot of that from my client lately, and she refuses to put things in writing. When *I* put things in writing and show it to her for approval, and even show it to her afterwards so she can see what she approved, she STILL says I wrote it down wrong (even though she saw it initially and said it was right). How do you deal with that? Just suck it up?
