Have been a busy girl!! Been enjoying bootcamps, netball and hitting the gym! I feel like Im not losing as much weight as possible, but then I realise I have been known to have a treat here and there - NO GOOD! Time to cut it out and remind myself that 70% of weightloss is determined by what goes in your mouth. Loving this journey, heres some photos of my brothers, my hubby and I at the gym Lastnight!! A family that trains together-is in pain together hahahaha. Nah. Bootcamp tonight, then punchfit, & gym with the hubby later. #gains
