Have been out walking today with Physio twice and did about 250 steps .my friends are out in force today with seasons.greetings.i hope to start a series of yarns from tomorrow ,my own memories. I cant not report to you as I have done for last six months and and 15days. Dr Andrews informed me at 3.10 that the infection Nocardia is not with me anymore and it appears that whatever it was has been dealt with by the anti-biotics.i have been on serious amounts of it for about . Whatever I gratefully accept the result, what a Xmas present. I am now going to John Ellery and his wife Nickey. Fred ,George ,Len Sheila ,Charlotte and tom. Nurse Moloney is collecting me at noon. Am hardly able to contain my excitement but very conscious of many previous disappointments so one day at a time. Am feeling very good at moment and just had glass of champers with nurse Moloney and Stewart & Fiona Haye. Trying to contact my mother ,without success. Had many phone calls today including Dereck Merideth.Gerry Flanagan,John Donnelly Eamonn Sheahan Gerry Hyland, Joe Hyland in total about 40 calls all of whom I wish to thank and wish everyone a happy Xmas Hip Hip hurrah TomO
