Have just - finally! - read the great book The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks and realize that I ULP a lot. :-) If youve not read the book, ULP stands for the Upper Limit Problem, i.e. how you self-sabotage when you get too happy, or too successful, because it feels unnatural and your subconscious needs to put things back in order again. So you stage a cold, an accident or a conflict that will drag you down from your place in the sun. But hereby I promise myself that I will stop ULPing! From this minute on. You may poke my stomach if I do! :-)
