Have spent the afternoon resting. Yesterday was a difficult day. Had to go to an executive board meeting of Kentucky Music Teachers Association in Campbellsville, KY, since I am state secretary. Gone from home from 8 am - 3:30 pm and on the road 2 hours each way. Was too much for one day and left me not feeling well last night. More pain in my neck and shoulder than I have had in a while. Finally was able to sleep but today have been very tired and still having some pain. Im a lot better than a couple of weeks ago but do hope I can get rid of the pain in my neck and shoulder soon. Thanks for continued prayers from my friends. I know that you have helped me through this and will continue to.
