Have to comment on the meal at Palmers restaurant in Dunsborough on Sat night. Great food, excellent service, great ambience and the 2009 Palmers Shiraz was very tasty, washing down a plate of Balineses Betutu Duck. The (free) Pork Belly taster that came out before the meal almost made me change my order but I stayed with the original choice. The mini loaves of in house bread with oil & balsamic dipping bowls as a starter was inspired, so thanks, Brian. Wendy Jane Griffiths, good choice for another excellent Halcyon weekend.
