Have to crawl before you can walk, walk before you can run, and run before you can sprint! Knowing and understanding your body is huge. I am week one two days back into normal training, after being taken down by strep last week. Do warrior yoga every morning for 15 min, then hit a weight cardio workout. Need to rebuild the strength and stamina! Feeling good. All I could do was smile while I tasted blood in my mouth! Go hard or get out of the way! Make it a fantastic day guys!
