Have woken to the sounds of early morning ..birds twittering ..as they land on the floating rubbish in the swimming pool.. the pool is to be prepared next week for use very soon Ali the rooster next door crowing. bekoning his wives to his side . Baby goats bleating . Every day i am so relieved and happy to hear the goats bleating as it means they havent been slaughtered .which i guess is what will be their fate shortly it is very sad .... Had a lovely day yesterday spent with friends .and i had a little laugh to myself .after changing my bus for the last part of my destination a young couple sat opposite me they were talking in farsi ..iranian. a language i now can speak and understand i knew what they were saying .they were wondering where i came from and were looking at me the young woman smiled at me i returned the smile ..then the man tried to ask me in english .where i was from . So i couldnt help myself i replied in farsi .where i was from .my name .. the look on their faces when i replied in their language was priceless the rest of the trip was lovely enjoying speaking to them.. they were as are many Iranians in Antalya to celebrate the Persian Nueruz ..New Year . and i found that my farsi is understood.. look forward now to using it now with family and friends . Now really need to learn turkish lol . Today meet up with friends and farewell for a short time friends who are returning to Scotland . Weather temp in the 20s ..not any wind as yet . Promising to be a great day .
