Have you been to Capeside Fish Market?!?!?! Its great to have great seafood in Etowah Co, get it uncooked or steamed and to go, or eat in. Varieties we havent had before around here. I understand theyre providing some of the seafood to our favorite folks at the Fisherman. Last weekend I bought Rainbow trout filets and grilled them on cedar planks and the next day Tile fish. Tonight I bought Chilean Sea-bass, lightly dusted in flour, pan seated in olive oil and a tiny bit of butter. Bill said it was the lightest fish he had ever had! They also have fresh veggies from Owls Hollow Farms. Its on Hwy 77 right before the light at Steel Station Rd.
