Have you ever been looking forward to hearing something on the news or seeing something in person and something stops you? This morning I was listening to K-Love radio. They were getting ready to talk about "proverbs" that people say that may or may not be in the Bible. This was an interest to me so i was looking forward to it. They went through the other news of the day and just as they began this segment, my cat meowed really loud, jumped up from where she was laying and moved over to where my phone was and laid on top of the speaker. So perfectly positioned that I had no clue what they were saying. I stopped and prayed, "Ok God, you dont want me to hear this segment." Have you ever been stopped and prayed about why? Sometimes God says "No" to us and instead of pushing our way ( I could have moved my phone or cat), we have to ask why and pray about alternatives.
