Economic development in the Seacoast will be (and has been) directly impacted by NOAAs continued cut backs to the fisherman. Both fishing boat and charter boat captains have long agreed action is required, but have alos doubted NOAAs scientists fish populations claims. What do we do, continue to drastically cut the NH fishermans ability to make a living--impacts that will extend to restaurants, tourism, and infrastructure-- or loosen up the conditions?
