Have you ever done something and its made you cry with pride? I do everyday... Everyday since starting Shaun Ts Insanity I have cried with pride, I still cant believe that I can do this program! Its intense, its hard and its frickin bananas. I keep going back for more because I see the changes. My body is getting tighter, my stamina longer, my muscles stronger. There is something about Shaun T that makes you believe in yourself. That makes you find in the deepest part of you, that you can do it. He believes in everything he teaches and even thru a TV screen his passion shows. Meeting him in person confirmed all of that. He has gone and created another program that is going to test my limits once again. I am only 3 weeks into Insanity and I already know I want more.
