Have you ever heard of the word NO and hated it badly?How about the word: you are fired!?in life we hate certain words and they are not necessarily wrong. for example Sylvester Stallone heard the word No 99 times before Rambo could see the light of the day and CFA send 100 text messages to get his column on punch. A No or Fired is never a bad thing but a function of perspective. I applied as an Intern and specify that i dont need salary and yet was rejected even though i had an impressive CV. It was the 3rd No that gave me full conviction that i needed to run my own business. We have two categories here; 1)Those who hate to say no or You are Fired.One of the skill you must learn before you die is the skill to say No and Fire people. Some people are not good for your Life and Business,Fire them fast before they fire you from your business. Some politicians will not be reelected in 2015 not because they are bad but because they dont know how to say; You are Fired to bad aids who cant simply do their jobs. 2)Those who hate to be told No or You are Fired. Two things involve,Wrong environment and personal incompetence. Some people cannot flourish in some company or relationships,hence if you are told No or you are fired,it maybe a thank God for you as that environment will only stagnate you. However,some of us are just the only problem in our life. We are always right,we know it all,never seeking to improve hence mediocre result that end with;You are Fired!Whichever category you fall,know that God loves you and desire that we all learn and grow everyday but more important to God is that every living thing be productive.
