Have you ever wondered if you are appreciated for what you do? Sometimes in my line of work I get very discouraged I know the citrus industry, been in it for over thirty five years with the same company. Work through the real hard times that the newcomers have no idea about freezes, low prices, general hard times but here come the young guys old heads dont know much they all ask your advice and please answer my questions and then low and behold! They use that info to be a expert before the multitudes! You are left feeling used and plagiarized! Us old heads are just that, antiques or as I was referred to as a Dinosaur in the industry .do you think anyone would stand up and say hey! These old guys know more than you give them credit for hell no! Its i have to climb the corporate ladder and I will step over you to get there! Sorry but sometimes you have to vent and feel sorry for yourself,
