I have come to truly enjoy this TED talk for its simplicity yet effectiveness. We let some days go by, letting things get to us when truly all we need to do I smile. I have been through so many emotional rollercoasters in my lifetime that it is something that I find useful. I try to smile everyday even if I am sad in hopes that my efforts will then reflect internally. Smile everyone because youve been give an extra day to live and grow! Well said, Mariam!
