I use a quart canning jar and layer cherry tomatoes, then cucumbers, onion and red or yellow bell pepper, finally spinach on the top. Close and enjoy when your ready. I measured mine out and they are one green container of the spinach and one green container of the other veggies. I had meat or whatever Im in the mood for and one of the fix dressings....yum!
