Having a training buddy is great for when you need a little psyching up. Somedays we need a kick up the backside. Training with someone who is a lot stronger than you will push you more and get you to that next level. This is an old video of my 200kg deadlift. Here i was training with Alan Mahoney, who helped me a great deal in my training. i tried 200kg 2weeks b4 this and it didnt budge but with a little motivation from Alan it went up pretty easy.
