Having an amazing boss and great coworkers makes the job a million times better. I couldnt ask for a better boss. Instead of taking credit for a case he told our Corporate office Much of that was due to Sarahs tenacity and patience on this very difficult case. Yesterday he referred to me as The Negotiator after another coworker brought up in our weekly meeting that he overheard me on the phone with a customer and admired my negotiation skills. Feels great to work in such a positive environment.
