Having been on hols The Gig Slut attempted to get back in the saddle and do 2 gigs last night,and failed miserably.First outside The Buffalo Bar I chatted to Mr Neil,and No Cars Haruna, then also seeing Nomi Leonard of The Dogbones outside,and also Ed Tuke and Natasha Scharf and Andi and Michael,and then inside Rory Mackie and then Sophia Wyeth DJ, and Simon Drowner and a very smart Mrs Caz H. Dogbones played their usual red hot set, with the 2 entertaining regulars,the floor fighting girls, Justine Cartier Watkins and ? re-inventing the stage invasion. Must take some mud next time ? This was done by 22.25,and,though it was a long shot, I then travelled down to Borough to The Gladstone but was not in time to hear the magnificent The Magnetic Mind,but I made my apologies and said hello to Paul Milne and Ellie,and then found myself a new Sluttette ,Mrs Tegen Montgomerie,and we had a good chat along with Aaron and Carlos . They play again at The Waiting Room on Thursday,so ,even if I dont make that one ,you should ,you one-gig-a-nighters ! Time is never wasted, The List was photograbbed ,and I then departed on foot for Waterloo around 23.45,getting the 23.58 to Richmond,and awaiting my R68 motorbus ,which was piloted by the ever relaxed Tom.We had a little chat but he must learn to read this as he always wants to know where your Gig Slut has been ........> Home 01.00
