Having just seen the private video which is on the net, I have to say I did not see the man asked to place his hands behind him, or that he was being arrested, etc. Nor do I see a violent person attacking or fighting off police. I certainly see a frustrated man, angry at a situation he did not believe was just. As with most videos in public, they begin part way through a situation. Was there more? I dont know.
