Having to take the blame for something that the person in charge did is not acceptable how can I be expected to have any respect for my manager that wont man up and accept and be accountable for his mistake that was in my name . I love my job but Im sooooo tired of the incomidence of some of well a couple. Of so called superiors that Im suppose to follow and respect when I end up having to work harder so they look better. But I dont feel confident enough with their abilities in doing the job they are hired for they let go of people that actually were assets to the company and gave most of their lives up for their company and left the people that are not doing anyone any good if they keep doing what theyve been doing then who knows how much longer the business can handle such stupidity it just saddens me that people that own companys but dont actually step foot in them think they can run them without knowing whats actually going on everything is not always black and white most things should be seen before read on paper if you dont actually know whats really going on you shouldnt act without seeing for your self
