Hay guys, so yesterday i had my meeting with Karol...i have convinced him to release the numerical solutions of the purple book, however he will not be releasing the full solutions as the questions in the book have a high probability of being similar to the questions exam. I know this is not quite what we wanted but at lease this way we can gauge if we are doing a question write or not. Also, he made it clear that some of the issues with the unit and its structure is out of his control, and he too has limited powers. He admitted that is unit is extremely underfunded and this resulted in too many people in tuts and labs...resulting in poor interacting between tutors and students. He wishes for us to email all our complaints about the unit to him so that he make a formal complaint about the unit and its lack of funding in hopes to improve it next year. (using our emails as evidence) In my honest opinion i believe that Karol is also under much of tress due to this unit, but in many cases his hands are tied. Plz send him all complains, so that he may fix the unit, his teach style, and aid future ensc3001ers (or repeats)
