You will manage and motivate staff to ensure high level of service delivery. You will be responsible for formulation and implementation of strategic marketing plans so as to maximize revenue and returns from the portfolio of clients, while providing the highest standard of service, maintaining sound credit quality, and complying stringently with both internal and external regulatory requirements.
