Hazard, who netted 17 goals in all competitions for Chelsea last term, has been influential in the Blues unbeaten start to the new Premier League campaign. Last month it was reported that the Belgium international is on the verge of signing a new five- year-contract at Stamford Bridge, with a total package believed to be worth around €250,000-a- week. But the 23-year-old believes he must still improve in order to be considered on the same level as the likes of Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo. Im not a top-five player yet, Hazard told reporters. Maybe Im close to it, but I still have to work on some aspects. You can only be part of that group if you are decisive in the top games. However, the former Lille player has reiterated he has no interest in returning to the French top flight. Ive always been clear - I feel good at Chelsea, he added. Every week I repeat the same on PSG. Its a big team, but an inferior league. I dont want to return to France, because Ive won everything over there - the league title, cup, best player, best young player. I dont want to say PSG is a step backwards, but it would be returning to something I already know. Im always in for new challenges.
