He did not get arrested for feeding the homeless, he got arrested for feeding them in areas that the law said you cannot do so. He could have them come to the many LEGAL places and fed them and they could get there if they wanted to. The homeless have several all day bus passes that they beg from passengers that they turn around and sell for beer. Use one of the all day bus passes, go to a shelter or the church and get fed. Most churches will not feed in their churches anymore because of Liability Insurance reasons. I was an elder for a Presbyterian church in Poughkeepsie, and despite the huge space and kitchen we had downstairs, we were not allowed to let people in during snow storms and could not feed them there because if Insurance reasons. THIS WAS A PUBLICITY STUNT , if it was not, then TELL ME, how come the media was there to cover the whole thing???
