Just wanted to take a minute to update everyone on my health status as this is the time of year I see all of my doctors. Regular doctor - new insulin is working better. Especially love the cost of $172 dollars every three months rather than $1,600.00. Last A1C down from 8.6 to 6.2 - working very hard at it. Heart doctor - got a big surprise when I saw him on the 31st. After my EKG on the 15th he told me my heart has improved to 100% of function. That is from 80% of function when I had my congestive heart failure eight years ago. He gave me a hall pass and said I didnt have to come back for a year. Cancer doctor - Got the horrible female hormone shot on the 1st of December. My PSA was 0.00 so the hormones are working. I guess if I can put up with the extra 100 pounds it puts on my body, and the fact that I have to sit down to go pee it is worth it. As long as it kills the testosterone in my body the cancer remains dormant. So as long as I can put up with being overweight, and a partial male specimen, I may be around to torment all of you for a lot longer than I thought I would have when I moved up here six years ago. Sorry about that!!!!!!
