He inquired: If baby momma makes up lies in the courtroom saying, Im an unfit Dad who smokes and drinks around my child and says Im violent... but its 100 percent false, why dont the courts require these mothers to bring some type of proof? Instead, these heartless courts (that particularly dont care for black men) make lots of court money from all types of court fees while allowing these women to go and easily obtain false restraining orders, keep men from the children, forcing us to spend thousands of dollars on lawyers, go through many challenges and court dates, overall depriving our children of a fathers love and our leadership. As a result most of our children only become half their potential, considering they only had half their parental influence. Does anyone else see this as a common issue with our American justice system? How, and why does a dad have to prove hes fit if a mother claims hes not? Any suggestions team Judah?
