He only realized how sick and twisted he had came to be, when the blood trickling down her chin only triggered manical amusement. He was in love- the way it got his heart pumping at an erratic rate; the fervent emotions clashing like hurricanes wrecking homes. Dry chuckles gushed past his chapped lips, where his tongue darted out to swipe against the dry skin. He laughed as the light in her eyes dimmed visibly- the way she trembled in fear under the agonizing stare he shot at her; the way the dormant emotion sapped away at the remaining energy she had left. At that moment, he exercised more control over her than she had over herself.
