He repeated his frequent assessment that the president’s foreign policy is a disaster and delusional. He said “of course” he would have made a better commander in chief. Despite his military experience, I do not think that anything in his background supports this. His career prior to his capture was full of reckless and dangerous exploits and to my knowledge, he never had any significant command responsibilities. The fear mongering comments hes making now, tend to support this opinion.
