Head of Equality Improvement Ref: 13-39 Salary: £47, 731 per annum (inclusive of London allowance) Hours: 35 hours per week Location: based in Stratford, London As Head of Equality Improvement for our client, you will be one of the most visible leaders and advocates for equality and diversity in mental health nationally, with a passion for influencing change. You will provide leadership, vision and management to substantially grow the work of the Equality Improvement Unit, and provide senior management experience and support to manage staff delivering wide ranging work programmes. An exciting piece of work for the unit is with young African-Caribbean men and vulnerable migrants (including refugees and asylum seekers), where they will seek to support an improvement in mental health services, to enhance access to management techniques and services that are accessible and culturally appropriate. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills and have outstanding oral and written communication abilities, with a proven and considerable track record of successfully developing and overseeing the delivery of strategies.
