Head of Human Resources Location: Karachi Educational Qualifications & Experience · A Masters degree with minimum 10 years of total business experience with 2-3 years at least on a Senior HR Role Skills Required · Significant change management experience and demonstrated leadership depth (including leading projects of significant scope and impact), with high level of comfort in working in / and contributing to an evolving HR platform. · Proven ability to build partnerships across various functions and work in a collaborative manner, developing strong working relationships with clients, employees and HR colleagues. · Primary experience and track record in strongly client and service focused organizations. · Experience working both in and line function and also within a sophisticated corporate centre environment would be a strong positive. · Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and influencing skills required · Must demonstrate strong business acumen and business partnering skills · Team and organizational dynamics assessment and development · Strong knowledge of leading talent management philosophies and strategies as well as strategy development · Proven track record of success in leading an HR function (setting the vision, building, leading and motivating the team) in a dynamic, high growth environment where management of complex and often conflicting requirements is a critical driver of success Age bracket: 45 maximum Job Responsibilities · Provide overall HR leadership; collaborate with the management team to design and implement HR strategy and roadmap to support organizational growth and culture · Provide consulting expertise in the areas of organizational development, employee relations, performance management, employee retention, change management, manager coaching, compensation planning and programs, talent acquisition and retention, benefits plans, etc. · Work closely with executives to define and implement strategic initiatives, programs · Serve as project manager responsible for establishing, managing and promoting the company culture, project initiatives, prioritizing responsibilities, delegating tasks, executing project deliverables, and tracking and measuring to successful completion · Conduct ongoing analysis of the organization, monitoring and interpreting trends and metrics around employee satisfaction, attrition, and turnover, etc. · Update and publishes HR-related policies and procedures · Provide group and one-on-one coaching with Management and employees to support leadership development, business decision-making, human resources management, and problem solving and performance management · Manage full cycle of employee transitions from hiring, training and mentoring to exits · Ensure personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures · Provide insight to due diligence and integration pre and post-acquisition · Develop practices and programs that attract, retain and develop the best possible talent in the marketplace and makes the company attractive through competitive pay and an engaging culture Where to Apply - farrukh.siddiqui@devsolms Last date to Apply - October 5th 2013
