They are looking for high qualified candidate: Head of Treasury & Funding position Working Location: HCM City JOB DESCRIPTION 1- Money Market Making and building new relationships/communication with potential banking/financial partners which can materialize into a new funding deals under the approval of HO. Secure local based funding in order to cover business needs of the company by utilizing his/her existing relationships with potential lenders/banks Secure investment leisure funds with the most effectively and strictly in line with crucial ratios. Achieve the best IR with flexible conditions Full ownership of the new deals (Loan and Time deposit) including-Negotiations with best achievement on terms and conditions of Agreements. -Funding documentation with support of Lawyers Full responsibility maintaining existing Funding relationships especially-meeting information obligations and representation clauses,-ensuring full compliance with all financial covenants 2.Foreign Exchange Market and Capital Market Secure all activities of Forex Market and Derivative Transactions are in line with current law, under the approval of HQ and meet the business requirements Negotiations with best achievement on exchange rate, conditions and other rates of derivative agreements. Bond issuance, Assets sale, Securitizations… 3. Asset s/Liabilities Management ALCO/Treasury management-Arranging and reporting in ALCO Meetings on Treasury management, Deposit management, Cash flow management, OMO and operations on all Markets…Proposing the solutions of future funding.- Forecast on Future Funding and funding plans taking into account biz needs as well as regulatory requirements New funding schemes: Actively looking & exploring for new funding sources and structure of Funding meet the demand of biz and the best profitability. DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE At least 5 years experience in leading of funding /treasury Strong relationships with SBV and local banks which can materialize into a deal is crucial Strong banking industry background/ funding foundations & basic legal/compliance knowledge.
