Headed back to Vandy today for another appointment. Yesterday was a long, long day. Left home around 7, got home at 6:45. Yesterdays visit showed that Im not any worse lung function wise, but I have improved strength wise because of the exercise. I can walk 1200 feet in 6 minutes and thats an improvement of 33% over 6 weeks ago. Staying healthy is my main job and of course exercising as much as possible. I have already done my exercises this morning at home. Everyone please keep us in your prayers as we wait axiously on the transplant call. Thanks to all of you.
