Headed home, Had to drive in from Amarillo, found an awesome program on XM, called Celtic Crush, reminded me of you Heather Sainsbury, and our time together in Ireland. Some of our friends already know this story, but Im going to tell it anyway, a couple years ago Heather and I flew to Shannon in Ireland, then spent the next weeks driving around the island. The first night we stayed in Galway, and we walked down to the cliffs overlooking the ocean. While we were sitting there together just enjoying the view and each other, I suddenly got kinda teary eyed, and she asked me what was wrong. I told her I wasnt sad, I just kinda felt like I was home, like somehow I belonged here in Ireland, and with her. Then at Christmas that year she got some of the Ancestry DNA kits to learn our heritage, mine was 85% Irish, 10% Southern European and 5% Eastern European. Last year we looked online at some property over there to maybe vacation and retire to.... I wouldve loved that baby, I miss you....
