Headed out around York yesterday with my calendars finally! Still lots of promising streets to visit and shops to revisit when managers are in... but overall... I am very disappointed with the folks running shops inside the walls (bar a few exceptions, of course!). Those on the outer streets were much more friendly - so thank you to you lot! So... do any of you have any suggestions of small York shops I could try? Or do any of you even know any owners/friendly shop assistants? Id love to know if you do!
