Heading back to South Sudan today. Only in Africa would I have to go to Uganda for two days to get my South Sudan visa, then to Nairobi Kenya to meet the US team that I will take with me, then to Juba South Sudan to catch the small MAF Cessna caravan that will fly us into a village near the village where we will be working to form a partnership between the MonteVista Church and the village Owiny ki Bul (I dont make up these names! :)). Another hurdle that we need to overcome is that the area where we will be traveling has had unusually heavy rainfall and the two rivers that we have to drive through are impassable so we may have to take the long way around to get to the village and that road is in terrible shape! Our work is always an adventure! Never easy! Always primed for an exciting journal entry! TIA!!!
