Heading off to the Bowling Green High race. This race and I have a history. Its the one and only race I ever came in dead last. It was a 5K and everyone competing that day were high school cross country runners and a few speedsters from the local running club, I was the only race walker. Since then Ive gotten a bit faster and I make sure that if a competitive walk is offered thats what I enter rather than the run. Plowing ahead allows you to reap what you will eventually grow. Staying sedentary means nothing will be earned to benefit from.
