That on or about 10:30 am July 6, 2014, PCP-9 Duty Desk Officer received a telephone call from MMDA Traffic Enforcer requesting a police assistance regarding a found dead Body which was discovered on or about 10:30 am July 6, 2014 along Marcos Highway Brgy. Dela Paz Pasig City by Diego Bayawak y Potol, 15 years old, scavenger and resident of Brgy.Cupang Marikina City. 2. Initial investigation disclosed, that on the given Time,Date of Place occurrence, above-named scavenger while searched and looking at the garbage, He discovered a garbage plastic bag color black containing a human body. SOCO team led by P/ insp. Rodolfo Cruz of Marikina City Police Station was examined the victim and found three(3) gun shot wounds to his body .The responding police officer led by SPO1 Ronald Padilla of PCP-9 together the investigator to conducted investigation and brought the said dead body to Bernatte Funeral Parlor for proper action and disposition. 3.
