Heads up Evolution Muay Thai fans. Big things are happening: 1: Raquel Rocky Harris will be teaching a brand new Cardio Kick class here at Evolution Muay Thai every Sunday from 12pm. This class will replace the existing wrestling class on that day. 2: The new mats are coming! Ill be laying the new Swain Hybrid MMA mats on Sunday, August 3rd, 2014. The gym will be closing that day. 3: We are adding a Judo class to the schedule. Nothing is finalized yet, but Ill keep you posted. 4We are going to have a skills testing day in either late August or early September. This will help people figure out whether they are ready for the more advanced classes and give some much needed feedback on what areas of their game they need to work on most. 5: We have an app!
